This intimate 3-hour gathering is a gentle introduction to reconnecting with the Wild Woman within. She’s not the untamed or reckless image society might paint but the part of you deeply connected to nature, to your body, and to your authentic self.
We’ll spend the time reflecting, sharing, and exploring:
*How the Wild Woman archetype lives within each of us and why she often feels silenced.
*Ways to begin noticing what your body truly needs (and listening to it).
*What it feels like to step away from “performing” or “pleasing” and into a space of self-acceptance.
