This event isn’t just about learning theory; it’s about feeling and experiencing each part of The Wheel, especially the Taking quadrant, which is essential to fully understanding it. You'll discover how to notice, value, and communicate your wants and needs in a way that feels good and authentic. This workshop is about choosing what you truly want and stepping away from the habit of going along with things just because you think you should.

While we cover some principles, the real focus is on practical changes that can deeply improve how you interact with others, transforming your relationships and your life.

FOR ATTENDEES

This workshop is designed to be a safe and respectful space with no nudity or sexually explicit touching. You’re welcome to participate in the hands-on exercises, but it’s completely optional. You can choose to observe and learn at your own pace. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where everyone can explore their boundaries and choices in a non-judgmental, consensual way.

WHO IS THIS FOR

This event is open to anyone (singles or couples) wanting to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their desires and improve their communication skills in all aspects of life. There is no nudity or explicit sexual touching in any of our workshops, and we are dedicated to providing the highest degree of safety and clarity for all participants.
