  • Why work with a Sex, Intimacy and Relationship Coach?
Most of us didn’t get much helpful information about sex and relationships in school. The focus was often on avoiding pregnancy and STIs, with little attention to pleasure, intimacy, or connection. We tend to learn about relationships from observing our parents, which can be influenced by their cultural, religious, and personal experiences. This can leave us struggling with our own relationships. In today’s world of constant digital interactions, many people feel disconnected. Relationships can sometimes feel more like cohabitating or managing finances than truly connecting. Intimacy often becomes a concern only when things start to go wrong. Private Intimacy, Sex, and Relationship Coaching can help with: Mis-matched libidos Changing relationship habits Resolving conflicts around sex and intimacy Navigating the friend zone Crafting dating profiles and boosting confidence Addressing sexual issues and dysfunctions Overcoming people-pleasing tendencies Learning to express your emotional and sexual needs Understanding human anatomy and arousal Exploring new sexual techniques Lasting longer coaching
  • What is a Somatic Sexologist/Sexological Bodyworker?
Somatic Sexology combines the study of the body and human sexuality. It helps you develop a deeper awareness of what’s happening in your body and sex life. This awareness can free you from mental and physical barriers that limit pleasure, creating space for growth and enjoyment. Sexological Bodywork offers hands-on learning to help you become more aware of your body, sex, and sexuality. It focuses on real sensations rather than what you wish you could feel, helping you cultivate more pleasure from where you currently are. Many people find that a single session can instill hope and boost confidence in their sexual experiences. Bodywork can be a joyful and honoring way to connect with your erotic self, enhancing your overall well-being. Sexual healing often requires more than just mental effort—it involves physical, emotional, and visceral experiences. Somatic Sex Education addresses sexual problems by helping you reconnect with your body and expand your pleasure. If you’re looking to explore your body’s capacity for pleasure and improve your sexual well-being, book a 15-minute session or send me a direct message to discuss how you can fully embrace your erotic self.
  • Who would see a Somatic Sexologist?
People often turn to somatic sex educators out of deep need or frustration, usually after trying many other solutions. They might feel desperate, worried that they’ll lose their partner if they don’t improve, or find it hard to even start a relationship. Many come expecting to be "fixed," but they’re often surprised to discover that there’s nothing broken and nothing to fix. Instead, with a better understanding of body awareness, you can make meaningful changes. This means you’re already in the right place to begin. We’ll meet you with an open heart, wherever you are, and use unique techniques and practices to help your body guide you to a new path.
  • Are you professionally trained?
As a certified Somatic Sex Educator through The Institute of Somatic Sexology, I am trained to help clients explore and understand their sexuality as adults. My approach is gentle, ethical, and dedicated to empowering you to access and expand your sexual education. In our sessions, we use various modalities such as breath, movement, sound, touch, and mindful awareness to help you reconnect with your physical sensations and emotions. This process supports you in making informed choices about how you feel, act, and react during intimacy and sex, allowing you to express your true needs, desires, and boundaries. It’s important to note that this is not a sexual service. I remain fully dressed, and all touch in the sessions is one-way. The goal is to educate and guide you in discovering and enhancing your own capacity for pleasure and eroticism.
  • What happens in a Ejaculation Training Session?
There are many reasons as a sexual man; your confidence gets knocked. You can struggle with what you want your body to do sexually. Still, you feel that you can't regulate it. This can lead to unfulfilling sexual relationships, extra pressure, unwanted fear, building resentment and incurring sexual ordeal, even within a loving partnership. We can investigate Ejaculation Training: Learn techniques to regulate your arousal; Letting go of the deeply held stories and messages of your body; Acceptance of who you are and where you are as being perfect for you at this time and place; Expressing yourself authentically and discovering who you are as an erotic being; Using communication, breath, movement and touch, we can start to unravel the stories of the body, finding the joy and pleasure that is our natural state. Choosing conscious sexuality means learning how to connect and regulate your body, sensation, pleasure and arousal. Gain more confidence with understanding more about your body.
  • What happens in a Yoni (Vulva/Vagina) Bodywork Session?
The term 'Yoni' is Sanskrit for vagina, meaning 'sacred space.' It represents a powerful, sacred area where we experience bleeding, birthing, and pleasure, and it reflects our sense of grounding. Many women feel disconnected from their vaginas and struggle to love or appreciate their energy. Often, women are pressured to experience pleasure and arousal instantly, which can make genuine readiness for penetration rare. A Bodywork Private Session offers a chance to explore your Yoni's potential and connect with yourself on a deeper level. It’s about coming to a place of wholeness, self-love, and respect, allowing you to experience pleasure more fully. This educational and holistic approach considers all aspects of the self—physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and sexual. There’s no agenda to change or fix anything, no specific goals, and no pushing. Yoni Mapping sessions focus on being present with whatever arises, without judgment, as we explore and discover your unique body and pelvic space. This service is especially beneficial for women who have had natural births, or those who feel confused, lost, or disconnected from their pleasure.
  • Is there any preparation to do before a Bodywork session?
It's best not to come with a full belly or if you're feeling unwell at all as this will distract from noticing sensations felt in the body.
  • What can I expect from a Bodywork session?
In an initial session, we set some super clear boundaries around you and me as the practitioner so that we both can feel safe. We will go through some questions to identify something in your life you wish to change or explore. And it is OK not to know what you want. Bodywork does not always require nudity or touch, and all sessions are co-created but client-led. After the session is complete, we will do the grounding/closing process. Bodywork is not a sexual service; the practitioner is fully dressed, and all sessions are one-way touch (the same as seeing your chiropractor or masseur).
  • Why learn through the body?
Sexuality is about the pleasure experienced in the body, and 'somatic' means 'in the body.' Just as you can't truly appreciate a dish by only reading the recipe, understanding your body requires direct experience. Learning through the body is crucial. Teaching somatically highlights the essential connection between mind and body, applying this understanding to all areas of life. Recent advances in neuroscience show how the mind and body continuously influence each other. This supports the use of somatic practices in fields like sexology, psychology, and client-centered professions. We’re seeing a somatic renaissance, emphasizing that meaningful change often comes from subtle shifts over time. Remember school sex education? It often fell short. Reading about something doesn’t compare to experiencing it firsthand. By inviting your body's felt sense into the learning process, you can tune into how your body communicates and learns. This approach allows you to grow, explore, and fully engage with your body’s unique ways of learning and experiencing pleasure.
